These Oven Roasted Garlic Parmigiano Asparagus are full of flavor and tender. Great to have as a side dish for a family dinner.

Oven Roasted Garlic Parmigiano Asparagus
Ingredients
2 pounds Asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted & cooled to room temperature
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper, or to taste
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Granulated Onion
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
¾ cup fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, or Parmesan Cheese, plus additional for after cooking

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
2. Clean and trim asparagus, then arrange evenly on a baking sheet.
3. To make garlic parmigiano butter sauce, in a bowl, combine and mix melted butter, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, granulated garlic, granulated onion, Italian seasoning, minced garlic and parmigiano reggiano cheese.
4. Spread the garlic parmigiano butter mixture over the asparagus and make sure that each piece is coated.
5. Place in the oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Depending on the size of the asparagus your cooking time may vary. If you have smaller pieces of asparagus then I would check around the 12 minute mark.
6. Once done remove the roasted asparagus from the oven and coat back in the garlic parmigiano sauce that may have fallen onto the baking sheet while cooking. You can add additional grated cheese if you prefer and serve.
