Edible Cookie Dough


  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened

  • 1/2 Cup Granulated White Sugar

  • 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 Cup Milk

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt, can add less if desired

  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


1. Add Flour to a bowl and microwave for 45-60 seconds to bring Flour to at least 160F. This is an important step to make sure Flour is safe to consume. Then mix in Salt.

2. In a separate bowl add in softened Butter, White Sugar, and Brown Sugar. Using a whisk, cream together Butter & Sugar for about 1-2 minutes or until smooth to combine. Next add in Milk & Vanilla Extract and mix together until fully combined and smooth.

3. Combine Both bowls into one. Using a Silicone Spatula, fold & mix ingredients together to form dough. After dough is formed, add in Chocolate Chips and fold into dough.
